For years we have been using Blue tooth technology with limited options. But now with the arrival of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), commonly known as Smart Bluetooth it has become highly optimized and energy efficient way of transferring data and information. With the advent of internet of things we have devices with low bandwith, low power and low complexity. The use of smart bluetooth has increased very much in such devices. We can use Arduino and nRF24L01 to utilize BLE capabilities for communication with Android devices, smartphones and computer etc.This tutorial is about using Arduino and nRF and sending temparature readings from DHT11 to smartphone.

Smart Bluetooth same 2.4 GHz ISM band with baud rate from 250Kbps to 2Mbps that is standard in industry. The bandwidth is divided into 40 different channels. Three of these channels are used to send information about the establishment of connection for other BLE devices.
